Yes.
Brass grabs filth in the chamber as it expands. That's why brass is dirty upon ejection from your rifle, even before it hits the ground.
If you shoot brass in a chamber that has previously shot Wolf, then allowed to cool and bond in the chamber, you are VERY likely to have a stuck case when shooting a brass round.
