I have not had this problem and I used blue loctite to prevent it.

Has anyone had their barrel screw get loose or has Ruger fixed the problem?

I have been really fortunate with my SR22. Zero problems and very accurate. A lot of fun to shoot as I don't have to work hard at all.

Only negative for me is loading 500 rounds into two 10-rd mags.
