For price, reliability and simplicity, yes.
I make a few minor modifications such as change my sights, get extended slide release and add a Connector. Changing the trigger is easy, too.
I don't like dealing with a Grip Safety.
The finish seems to be more durable on the Glock than the XD lineup.
