I think I've had a few more issues (all minor) with Winchester Target ammo than with Magtech. I reload Magtech cases and Winchester (and a couple of others). Can't tell any quality difference in the cases between Magtech and Winchester. Wouldn't hesitate to use it if I bought factory loaded again. Magtech's powder might be a little sootier but that isn't a real issue to me.
