Absolutely. 1,300 fps is screaming for a 180 gr bullet. You can see in the pic that the bullet had a very wide cavity to begin with so the extremely high velocity coupled with what I suspect would have been aggressive, early expansion even at lower velocity meant it didn't have a chance. I'm surprised it held together though.
