I've not used any of the sights mentioned so far, but I've been real happy with the Truglo TFO sights on my both of my M&Ps. Nice and bright, night or day. One of my P226s (the .40) is the Equinox model, and it also has a TFO for the front sight and regular tritium sights in the rear. The TFO is noticeably brighter, especially in daylight.
