My experience with .243 Winchester is IMR4895 worked the best for 75 Gr and lighter loads and IMR4320 for 100 gr loads. Mt favorite varmit load in the 70's was a 75 gr Sierra HP in front of 40.0 grains IMR4895. I didn't have good result with IMR4350 in .243. However, I found IMR4350 works great for .30-06 180gr ElK loads.
