I liked them out of the box, but I did add tritium sights, (I think I got that right), I added the mag release from the .45 to my .40s, (I have two .40s) and I added an extended slide stop/release. Now on the .40s the slide is a one hand deal and the mag release on all three sticks out just a hair more and is way easy to find without looking.
Otherwise I have heard of different barrels, I have never seen the need. But then again I have never used them.
The mods I have were free from my now out of business dealer.
