This has been an interesting quest. Thank you to all who have offered advice and assistance. I have forwarded all the leads for brass, bullets, and dies to the gentleman who owns the rifle. When/If he decides to proceed or sell me the rifle, I will revive this thread and post photos of the completed project and hopefully some awesome targets.
