I bought a surplus stainless SW .357mag for $190 at a local gunshop called Lawmans in Columbia S.C. I bought another one a couple months later for $200. They get them in pretty regular as department trade-ins, no ejected shells in case you need to leave the scene and you can be sure that they will fire if you pull the trigger.
