I was not stating this as fact or trying to start a rumor. As stated, this is something I was told (by a store owner) and I did not researech it. It was before Gore "invented the internet" for us. At the time there was a lot of controversy going on over "cop killer" amunition and "untracabel" amunition. Things tended to travel face to face and got mixed up and passed on as fact.
Again sorry, was not stating as fact and did not care enough about this round to research it after the store stopped stocking it.
