Slide release hitting bullet

Hope this is the right place for this...

Just noticed this today when I put a magazine full of Federal HST into my CZ 75B SA. I saw that the tip of the bullet had a scratch in it. Upon further inspection, it seems that the slide release is rubbing up against the bullet when I put the magazine in. The gun still feeds and ejects fine, and I don't see this with FMJ ammo (at least not noticeable).

Any suggestions on how to correct this? I have considered picking up a file and filing down the edge a tad. I can't imagine that this would be nothing to be concerned about, especially with a hollow point as I could see it fragmenting easier if the outside of the bullet was scored. I'll consider any ideas, and if you agree that filing is the best option, please help me out on what to buy as I'm not entirely sure.

I can post photos later tonight if you want to see it.
