I use a Kangaroo Carry shoulder holster. Sometimes I will flip it 180 degrees and literally wear it backwards. The end result is that it ends up in the 3 oclock position and functions like an OWB holster, except it hangs off the shoulder strap and the belly band, instead of my pants.
