I at least take the hind legs off of any that are edible, and throw them in the freezer. I attend a monthly shoot, and I pass out the legs to the members. They have eaten a lot of my hogs. A few other guys around take some also, so I manage to keep a little freezer space open for other things.
I will have several large coolers full going to a muzzleloader shoot tomorrow.
