The .375 H & H is an awesome round. A good buddy has that round chambered in a custom rifle that I have fired a few times at the range. I did not find the recoll to be bad and was very accurate in that rifle. Two years ago he lucked out and drew a moose tag. At two hundred yards he dropped a very nice bull with one shot.
