If it's a later model, it might have the scope mount prep holes D/T'd & plugged, under the rear bbl sight's longleaf.

If it does, a scout scope mount's available from Taurus/Rossi.

If it doesn't, a short XS LeverScout mount rail for a Winchester 94 can be used on the Rossi, provided the rear bbl sight dovetail's approx 4" from the front of the receiver (the XS rail uses the dovetail as it's forward anchor point with an adaptor).
The top of the receiver ring would then need to have two 6-48 holes D/T'd, inline with the bore, to anchor the rear of the XS rail.

A handgun scope with the proper eye relief window can then be used ILO a "Scout" scope.
