Interesting Case Pending in California

While not directly related to the Second Amendment, it is directly related to the "no-knock warrant, wrong house" debate we often have here on TFL.

Basic storyline is a former Miss Nevada and her boyfriend resided in apartment A of an apartment complex... L.A. County Sheriff's Office had a warrant for apartment C. (Allegedly) Busted down the wrong door, looked a little too hard at the naked former beauty queen, lingered too long after discovering their mistake, and offered no apology.

Depending on how the lawsuit shakes out, and who's story is determined to have more merit by a jury of peers, we could see a large settlement for the plaintiff... And possibly some more case law against no knock warrant execution by police.
