Actually Hammer, I find my .30 cal YHM can is and suppresses the .223 better than the .223 YHM can. Again this is me.... and I have both but to me it seem to operate better and the gas in the face is less with the larger can. Just buy the .30 cal can YHM and have fun or do as I did and get both and find out not much difference but you'll have two.
