My vote goes for the G21 but all are fine weapons. I've NEVER had a malfunciton of any kind with either my G30 or G21. The G30 has untold thousands of rounds through it but I never kept track of the count. My G21 has a little over 4000 at this point. Here's a review of the G21 I wrote not too long ago:
