The Firing Line Forums - View Single Post - Possible misdirected, but who else to ask?

Going through some oddments of article printouts I came on the following by Jeff Thomas, posted at TFL July 14, 1999, time stamped 01:23 AM.

I ran a search for the article, H.L. Menken on Gun Control however it does not seem to come up, possibly I might be blowing it.

It's an interesting article, worthy I think or sending to any number of public officials, appointed and elected things, and others smitten by the Gun Control Syndrome.

Any help in finding the post, amnd accompanying article would be appreciated.
