Since nobody has addressed this yet, $30-$60 is typical, and it's substantially more to or from AK and HI. This is the reason some GB sellers only commit to a shipment price to the CONUS and have a disclaimer for AK and HI.
Hint: If you ship UPS, ask for the "Next Day Air Saver" service, you'll save a few bucks and the only difference is that they don't guarantee delivery before 12pm.
Make sure you check the "Adult Signature Required" option, otherwise the driver may leave the package on the recipient's doorstep if he/she doesn't answer the door.
FWIW when cost is considered, shipping it yourself versus doing a dealer transfer may be a wash. Almost any handgun will fit in the "medium" USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box and ship anywhere in the USA for $10.95. A transfer plus $10.95 may be less than the UPS or FedEx shipping cost, and it may also be more convenient than reaching a shipping location that will accept firearms.
