Oregon trails manual (page 107) lists the following for the 200 rn:

All are maxes:

Unique 7.8
Bullseye 6.2
231 7.9
700x 6.8
red dot 7.2
titegroup 7.4
clays 5.9
hp-38 7.2

While I checked these over I would not trust anything you could not independently verify with a good manual.

Unlike the other posters I have had excellent results with lasercasts with everything from "mousefart" loads for the 38 special and the 44-40 to full power pre-SAAMI wimping of the 357 magnum and 10mm. I have even driven them up into the 357 Maximum power levels with no leading to speak of.

The key is they are hard and need to be treated as such. Thus you need to match your barrel and cylinder size more carefully then most or drive them hard.
