You'll note there is no ejector on the parts list. I believe the extractor ejects too.
On this page is the manual for an M107. That is the Victor. Don't think it's going to help much, but it can't hurt.

Gunparts wants $9.90 for a new extractor. I think I'd change the plunger and its spring too. $5.40 for the former. $3 for the spring.
