I have fired about 800-1000 reloads through my HK-USP40C and have not had one single hiccup ... Not a very good test since 100% of my loads go through the factory crimp die. At times I do feel some significant resistance which is probably a signal that it is fixing (resizing) some sort of problem. FYI ... Lee sells their "seconds" (with external scratches or something silly like that) at a discount. Just call and ask.
