www.nmlra.org. On the left side of the page are links to NMLRA Field Representatives and Charter Clubs. There are 9 field reps and 5 charter clubs in GA. Contact any one of those and ask if they have any activities near you at which a black powder vendor might be expected to have a table. Also, the clubs may have a bulk purchase program for members that would make small amounts very economical for a nominal membership fee.
