Besides the flat steel barrel nut wrench, you should also figure on a barrel vise with the appropriate bushing for your barrel.
I use one like what brownells sells.

Factory guns are often a bear to take apart the first time.
After that, you only need to torque them to maybe 80 ft-lbs and they are easier to work with.
