No real news. They've had it for ages.
Ruger uses transfer bars, as well as Charter Arms. (I think Charter invented it, way back when.)

I appreciate it. It's safe. I truly don't see why anyone would have an issue with the transfer bar system.
What alternative would you rather see used?
