Well, I have owned both.

I had a 77/22 with a heavy Clark barrel on it that shot .300" at 50 yards. It was certainly real accurate, but it was a Ruger at heart. Just didn't really flip my switch so I got rid of it.

I also own 2 Anschutz 64's, both "sporters" and each shoots just as well as as my 77/22 did. Both have much better triggers than the factory Ruger trigger. The Anschutz 64's are higher quality and better engineered that the 77/22. FWIW, they also hold their value better than the Ruger.
