There is another TX statute prohibiting an LTC holder from carrying while intoxicated, which I discuss
in this recent thread. Note that there is no cut-and-dried definition of "intoxicated" in the statute, nor do I know of one in case law.
Just to be clear, the TX statute prohibiting carry while intoxicated is separate and distinct from the one prohibiting carry into a 51% business.
