Commemoratives from any company are rarely a good investment. There's usually nothing special about 'em except the 'bling'.
One of the Walton 1100's, a 12 gauge, BNIB, sold on one of the auction sites for $800 in 2014. A 20 sold in the same condition and auction for $900. As mentioned, that's the same or slightly less than a BNIB 1100 from Cabela's.
