Comp Tac makes good gear.

I've also had good luck with Blade Tech and the Bianchi Black Widow holster (in leather) is a particular favorite of mine too.

For concealment purposes in IDPA, I've used BDU blouses in green or blue and they work pretty well and they're relatively inexpensive. And I have accumulated a large number of vests for concealment over the years and actually wear them in "real life" in cooler weather.
