Ok, having started my reloading hobby on bottleneck rifle rounds, I don't see how the 5.7 could be any more difficult than 5.56x45, 7.62x51, or any other "tactical" round.
Sure it is smaller, but fundamentally the steps are the same. I guess because it is smaller it requires more precision or you might crush a case or something like that, but heck, dies are cheap.
