The sizing dye is set properly. The Lee decapping shaft and pin is held by a collet and if not tightened enough will push up and not decap. I set it just deep enough so it will decap and just tighten enough so it won't slip up in the collet but the pins snap off the shaft too often. There must be something I'm not doing right.
