As posted, MARPAT is the digital camo format now in use with the USMC.
The US Army uses ACUs(Army Combat Uniforms) with their own digital camo pattern. I read a recent PAO(media release) that the US Army plans to convert to the Multi-Cam camo design instead of using it in certain places like SW Asia.

The newer US Air Force(USAF) tiger stripe camo makes no sense to me, but I'm sure the $$$ the DoD spent was worth it.
