the "cops" in new orleans decided you need a receipt for any firearm in your vehicle or person. this is not right and its not the law. this is only what i hear or read. i don't know for a fact. im not sure if a concealed handgun permit would help you or not. im so ashamed of my state. its embarrassing. i would never ever go to new orleans without a handgun no matter what.
we are also being oppressed by some of the chemical plants even though we passed a law saying we have the right to bring a firearm in our vehicle to work. the law don't mean much out here.
