Sorry - I'm not challenging your opinion - just trying to learn.
Your first post seemed ambiguous, so I was asking for clarification: On one hand, it argues for the insignificance of lock time because platforms with long lock times can be shot accurately. OK, I get it. But it also seems to argue that "very highly skilled shooters" are
so good, they can make the shot
despite the long lock time. IOW, lock time
does matter, and it takes a highly skilled shooter to deal with it.
