Look at it this way.
1) nothing will have passed. Things will ease up.
2) nothing will have passed but we know where its heading. Gear towards whats going to be available.
3) Everything conceivable was passed and the government just saved your wallet lots of money that your wife and kids are certain could be better spent on them.
So it will all work out in the end.
