I do not have a boat of any kind but I saw the topic on another (SKS) web forum. I must admit that it would be OK for awhile but obviously you must come ashore and refuel. Maybe it would be a good idea for a SHORT term SHTF situation. We have several big lakes in this state and none would make the best choice, but if you lived on a river or the Ocean I think it would be great....at least for the short term. Keep your powder dry!
