I like Mosin's. Fun gun to shoot, but no where in the class of the AR/M16.

The Mosin has its place, as a classic, vintage military bolt action rifle, and shooting in CMP GSM matches.

But the M16 has better accuracy, shoots just as far (accuratly). And is reliable.

Some how I don't see any military trading their M16s for Mosins.

But as I said, the Mosin is a fun gun to shoot. With a good quality barrel and good handloads its fairly accurate.
