You could use it for parts or as s throw around gun if you can swap for it. Otherwise you may want to hold out for another Lyman. I'd also watch gunboker; that's where I got mine.
Grips and reblueing aren't a big thing, the Lyman and the Cimmeron would be close to being if not eqal in quality. I think they are pretty much the same gun.
