At 5'7 140lbs get something alot smaller than the GP100. When I first started carrying I was very ignorant and set on carrying my 686 with 4" barrel despite what others told me. Well to make a long story short I carried it for a week or two and hated it, and immediately purchased a J frame. Right now the largest handgun I carry is an SR9C.
