That price is not too bad. It is hard to find short barreled 58s. I also have a Buffalo Hunter (carbine version of the Zouave) and an Enfield Musketoon Besides the other two mentioned above. I've been looking for a TC Big Boar but have settled for a plethora of alternate 58s. They are all great brush guns and great for handling around vehicles unlike the longer Zouave and very long Civil War muskets. They are like having fishing poles in the rig. With the very short barrel you sacrifice sight radius and a little velocity so you might consider using FFFg and a PRB and it'll put anything down your hit. A dot of Day Glo hunter orange on the front sight really helps in the low light conditions we have here in Western Oregon in the winter.
