i'm 6'6" 280. i can comfortably shoot the walther pps (or xds) with anything but the smallest mag. the smallest glocks are harder to hold onto for me. i can also easily handle the ruger sr9c.
if you can find one in good condition in your price range, the hk p7 psp is hard to beat.
