All of my 30 Carbine loads get fired in my Ruger Blackhawk. So we are talking significantly different barrel lengths, but I found the following load data very helpful to me. When I start my loads I actually use QuickLoad to calculate pressure/velocities for my loads. But the attached document shows just how versatile the 30 Carbine can be loaded.

I strongly encourage you to check multiple sources before you select your load, but good luck in finding much load data on plated bullets in the velocity range you are seeking. There are a few older loading manuals that do actually list loading data specifically for the Blackhawk.
