I think everything has been covered except your shooting volume. If you will be shooting high volume then a progressive press is a must. 400 rds an hour for a dillon. 150 rds an hour for a Lee Classic Turret. 50 rds an hour for a single stage press. Less for a hand press. How much will you shoot? How much do you want to spend. Pricing for complete setups can start for under a hundred dollars and go over a thousand. Where do you fit in volume and range time?
