90% of FBI agents are attorneys and CPA's. they are investigators setting in offices protected by secretaries and security guards. Their Swat and HRT teams are a different matter. Every time the FBI tried to get powerful weapons the sissy agents cried about the weight or recoil of the weapons and were not able to qualify with them. US Marshals are street people and a much better judge of weapons. Police departments across the nation had been using speed loaders for years before they were approved for the FBI.
