I certainly wouldn't.
While I would prefer 10, a five round capacity using their current 77/357 magazine, or better still a tube style ala Deerstalker would be awesome.
Capacity concerns are given too much weight IMO, and if it were a matter of "five" or "nothing", I'll take the five.
Even at just five, such a lightweight and modernized 357 Magnum carbine would likely become my go-to truck, SD/HD, do everything long gun.
But yes ten would certainly be preferable
