A friend of mine is trying to turn 7.62x39 brass into 6.5 grendel brass. his new stuff needs to be fire formed but is unable to chamber anything we beleive because the necks need reamed. I've never done it, he's never done it and he's not sure how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.
