As others have said, all are great choices. The .45 Glocks are particularly reliable. The Glock 21 is what was used for the infamous Glock Torture test that you can find on the Internet. The only problem with with the large frame Glocks is that they don't always fit your hand. If you have handled one and it fits well, then it's an excellent choice.
My *favorite* .45 would be my Springfield TRP 1911. I've had a bunch of the polymer/highcap .45's and the Sig P220 Stainless (Elite) - The 1911 isn't as high-capacity, but it's actually very comfortable.
