I see a lot of TC Hawkins at the TMLRA shoots, but most of them have the original barrel replaced with a Green Mountain roundball twist barrel. One turn in 72 inches for the .45 and 50 calibers.

Consider looking around for a TC with a neglected and ruined barrel for cheap so you can mount a GM roundball barrel on it.

Then, there are a few who also shoot the GPRs and win matches.
